My Story

I never set out to become a relationship coach or author—in fact, the younger me would’ve said, “Never.”

My journey began in 1991, when I witnessed the painful breakdown of my parents’ marriage as a child in Lagos, Nigeria. That moment left a deep mark and shaped how I viewed relationships—often swinging between hope and hopelessness.

Over the years, I quietly searched for answers. Why do some relationships fall apart while others flourish? That curiosity led me through books, personal experiences, academic study, and eventually, into coaching and writing.

My recent book, UnSingle Me!, is part of that journey—my healing, my story, and my mission. I’ve seen how relationship issues can leave lasting scars—not just on couples, but on children, friends, families, and society. I’ve also learned that love doesn’t have to be left to luck. There are proven principles and practices that help—and they’re available to anyone willing to learn.

Today, I’m happily married to my lovely wife, Odunola, and together we’re raising three amazing children. What I share isn’t just theory—it’s lived experience. From my own journey, to the powerful transformations I’ve witnessed in the lives of men and women I’ve coached, this work is real, personal, and deeply rewarding.
